Women are constantly changing and it’s our mission at WMG to celebrate the complexities of womanhood while discovering “what women want”.As a woman goes through her various life stages, the changes she experiences shape her opinions about herself, her friends, her family, her decisions on how she wants to live her life and how and where she chooses to spend her money. From adolescence to post menopause the one thing about a woman that remains constant, is that she will change.
By engaging women in conversations we can find out what’s important to them and help companies more effectively communicate their marketing messages and build brand loyalty. And, in the process we can become an instrument and a voice for positive change for women – in business, at home and in healthcare.

Just like the guiding star of Venus, this five petal Rose with its pentagonal symmetry has strong iconographic ties to womanhood. Based on Rosa rugosa, one of the oldest species of Rose it is a symbol that speaks to the divine feminine and embodies the true symbolism of women.
